Introduction: therapeutic options for incisors affected by Molar Incisor Hypomineralization range from very conservative procedures to those considered be more invasive. Clinicians must select the appropriate approach, considering outcomes of procedures. Methods: this case series presents clinical five female patients with aesthetic complaints associated Hipomineralization. Results: macroabrasion, microabrasion and dental vital bleaching were used as combination techniques in three cases. Resin infiltration was indicated a specific case, oncoming orthodontic treatment. Composite restoration performed one patient posteruptive enamel breakdown. Conclusions: clinicians approach according an individualized evaluation each factors such patient's expectations, age, psychosocial period, severity condition, presence sensitivity presumed result selected The advantages disadvantages are presented.
